Confidence isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up as you are. I was lucky to grow up surrounded by strong women in our family business, learning early on the power of backing yourself. That belief has guided me through motherhood, leadership, and life. Being a CEO and a mum of two young boys is a constant dance—there’s no perfect rhythm, but I’ve learned to find beauty in the chaos and calm, and to trust myself through it all.
