We will require a 50% deposit at time of booking for all treatments that are over $50. If you do need to cancel or postpone your treatment, please notify us by phone or email 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will receive a full refund or credit towards your next Treatment.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, the 50% deposit will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. For treatments booked under an Ella Baché Gift Card or Gift Voucher, the card/voucher will be void should you fail to give the required 24 hours’ notice. Your Gift Voucher/Card number must be quoted at the time of booking. Cancellation policies may vary amongst salons as they are individually owned and operated.
